Production Supervisor

You will be responsible for managing production by developing and implementing production schedules, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as needed to meet targets and customer demand. Additionally, you will supervise production staff by managing, training, and coaching them, conducting performance assessments, and enforcing company policies and procedures. Ensuring quality and safety standards will also be a key part of your role, including implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
