Production & Operation of a running an organic pigment plant. Maintaining all process & critical checks during continuous operation & work for any deviation & abnormality.

Maintaining process parameters to ensure quality product. Ensure products are produced at highest grade, complied with customer specifications. Develop and introduce methods to increase productivity.

To ensure timely conducting Production Batches as per requirement, keeping productivity and quality norms in place.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field

· 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within chemical manufacturing

· Strong knowledge of chemical production processes and safety regulations

· Excellent leadership and team management skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
