Production Supervisor Bandages & Surgical Dressings

As a Production Supervisor in the bandages and surgical dressings manufacturing industry, your role involves supervising day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising day-to-day production activities for bandages and surgical dressings. - Ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. - Monitoring and allocating manpower, machines, and materials for efficient operations. - Maintaining compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and medical device manufacturing standards. - Overseeing proper usage of raw materials and minimizing wastage. - Ensuring strict implementation of safety, hygiene, and cleanroom practices. - Coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure a smooth workflow. - Training and guiding operators/workers on SOPs, safety practices, and best manufacturing methods. - Maintaining production records, shift reports, and ensuring traceability of batches. - Participating in process improvements, troubleshooting, and continuous efficiency enhancement. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in production scheduling and manufacturing processes. - Knowledge of ISO standards and hygiene practices. - Strong understanding of GMP and medical device manufacturing standards.
