Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers and machine operators.
Ensure production schedules are followed and output targets are met.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to maintain workflow.
Maintain product quality by enforcing quality standards and conducting regular inspections.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase productivity.
Reduce waste and downtime by ensuring effective utilization of resources.
Train, guide, and evaluate production staff performance.
Maintain discipline and foster a culture of safety and teamwork.
Communicate production goals, expectations, and feedback to the team.
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and logs.
Report on production output, downtime, material usage, and labor hours.
Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on the floor.
Conduct regular safety audits and training for workers.
Investigate and resolve production issues or safety incidents

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
