Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.
• Allocate work, monitor workforce performance, and provide guidance.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor and control production parameters (temperature, pressure, curing, etc.).
• Coordinate with QC, maintenance, and stores departments for smooth workflow.
• Maintain production records, reports, and shift logs.
• Train and motivate production staff for efficiency and discipline.
• Ensure effective utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing/processing industry (rubber/plastic industry experience is an added advantage).
• Knowledge of hydraulic presses, moulding, mixing, and curing processes.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage shift operations and workforce.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
