osition: Production Supervisor Industry: Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Location: Oragadam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu Contact: Nandini – 6366840271 Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in an Electronics Manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have a background in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) and hands-on experience in managing production lines, quality standards, and manpower. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the production process to meet quality and output targets. Manage and guide production staff to ensure operational efficiency. Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure preventive maintenance. Maintain safety protocols and ensure adherence to ESD-safe practices. Report daily production status and maintain documentation as per industry standards. Ensure timely execution of production schedules. Qualifications:Diploma (DECE/DME) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, OR BE (ECE/EEE) with minimum 3 years of experience in an EMS industry. Requirements:Experience in Electronic Goods Production. Must have worked in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services). Male candidates preferred (as per job site requirements). Willingness to work in an off-roll position. Must be available for a Face-to-Face Interview at Oragadam. Salary & Benefits:Net Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience and qualification) PF Facility Available Other benefits as per company policy Note: This is an off-roll position.
