Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Leads direct employees disciplinary
Senior Shift Leader supervises shift maintenance / shift analysis
Moderates MEP meetings on-line level
Ensures shift handover and actively participates in the MEP
Maintains and documents employee qualification matrix, verifies the effectiveness of instructions
Alerts and follow-up employee misconduct (e.g. poor quality, arguments, work ethic)
Performs HR assessment, conducts EE interviews, and determines the remuneration
Manages and maintains the shift schedule
Allocates APU staff daily according to qualification
Responsible for the training and verification of the training progress
Divide, report and implement special shifts
Ensuring sufficient production capacities (machine, human, equipment etc.) to fulfill the production program
Scheduling of a setup-optimized production sequence taking into account the final deadlines of the production orders and considering the input of the MRP for critical parts
Responsible for the production orders and the production order fulfillment (quantity, date etc.)
Ensures adherence to HSSE regulations
Performs workplace hazard assessments
Supervision of external companies working in related area (safety instruction, etc.)
Ensures compliance with standardized workflows
Implements, audits and further develops standardized workflows
CIP PROCESS
Drives continuous improvement process, partially implement measures, contribute own ideas
