Educational Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc – Chemistry, B.E / B.Tech – Chemical Engineering / Oil Technology

Compensation: CTC: ₹6,00,000 per annum
Work Experience

Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in the Edible Oil Industry only

(Experience in Petrochemical industry will not be considered)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production – Shift In-charge with strong hands-on exposure in the Edible Oil Industry. The role involves managing end-to-end production operations during shifts, ensuring process efficiency, quality compliance, safety, and smooth functioning of plant equipment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle and supervise edible oil production processes such as refining, hydrogenation, fractionation, bleaching, deodorization, filtration, separation, fat modification, and packing.
• Ensure smooth shift operations, manpower management, and adherence to production targets.
• Monitor and control processes using SCADA / DCS systems.
• Troubleshoot process, quality, and engineering issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safe operation of plant equipment and compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
• Maintain shift reports, production records, and operational documentation.

Technical Skills Requirement:

• Strong knowledge of continuous & batch edible oil processing.
• Hands-on operating knowledge of pumps, fans, compressors, blowers, heat exchangers, high-speed rotating equipment, cooling towers, etc.
• Experience in handling critical plant operations and process control systems.

Other Requirements

• Proficiency in operating SCADA / DCS systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills related to process, quality, and engineering.
• Ability to lead teams and handle shift-based production environments.
