Job Description
.Supporting card transactions and payment gateways for health payment systems
.Analyzing transaction failures and make recommendations to improve application reliability and quality, support processes, practices, and procedures.
.Making strong technical decisions and complete tasks & assignments under limited supervision.
.Recognizing problems that need further investigations, seeking assistance when needed, and demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
.Ensuring documentation of production incidents and collaborate with different support and development teams and resolve issues.
Assisting the team in devising new support processes and ensure their implementation as per company policy.

Requirements
Education : B.E./ B Tech / M.E./M Tech /M.C.A [with B.Sc., B Com, BBM]/M.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, S/W, Mathematics, Electronics, Physics, Statistics)
Experience : 6 to 8 years
Certifications : ITIL Foundation Certification
