As a Production planning and control professional at Siemens Limited, you play a crucial role in planning and scheduling activities for Air Insulated Medium Voltage Panels, Indoor and Outdoor circuit breakers to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Plan production tasks and schedules based on customer orders. - Develop and review production plans with Managers for approval. - Estimate raw material requirements and provide timely inputs to procurement teams. - Monitor the production process, tracking progress against schedules for timely completion. - Analyze delays and interruptions, adjusting production schedules as necessary to meet deadlines. - Collaborate with departments such as logistics, procurement, production, and quality control to ensure a seamless workflow. - Track production quantities, analyze data, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Support inventory management processes to prevent shortages and excesses. **Skills and Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering. - Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred. - Familiarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Kanban, or similar systems. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of medium voltage products, air insulated panels, circuit breakers, manufacturing processes, inventory management, and logistics.
