Production & Sales Manager – FMCG

Job Role

The Production & Sales Manager will manage all aspects of snack production, packaging, inventory, and sales coordination. The role involves supervising production staff, maintaining product quality, and ensuring timely delivery to distributors and outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production, packaging, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain product quality and hygiene standards.
• Manage raw materials, inventory, and stock levels.
• Coordinate with the sales team and distributors for smooth supply.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely output.
• Prepare and maintain production and sales reports.
• Supervise factory staff and ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG production and sales management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and maintain process discipline.
• Fluent in Tamil & Hindi.
• Age 40 years or above preferred.
• Two-wheeler not required.
