Job Description – hashtag#ProductionPlanning & hashtag#Control (PPC)Position: Production Planning & Control Executive / Engineer Location: @Ghaziabad (Sihani Chungi) Company: @Arora Engineering Works – A trusted name in hashtag#MechanicalEngineering hashtag#Fabrication & hashtag#Machining since 1991 Reporting to: hashtag#ProductionHead, hashtag#ProductionManager & hashtag#Management Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month (based on experience)Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. hashtag#ProductionPlanning & SchedulingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on orders and priorities.Create job cards / work orders for hashtag#Fabrication and hashtag#Machining sections.Align manpower and machine capacity with delivery timelines.2. hashtag#Monitoring & ControlTrack Planned vs Actual for each machine/supervisor.Identify bottlenecks (hashtag#MaterialShortages, hashtag#MachineDowntime, hashtag#Manpower issues) and escalate early.Maintain updated hashtag#FlowchartMonitoringSheet (FMS), hashtag#InventoryMonitoringSheet (IMS), and hashtag#PMS.3. hashtag#MaterialCoordinationWork with hashtag#Purchase & hashtag#Stores for timely availability of raw material, consumables, and tools.Ensure no job is delayed due to missing materials.4. hashtag#DataManagement & hashtag#ReportingUpdate hashtag#MIS sheets daily (hashtag#Excel / hashtag#ERP / hashtag#GoogleSheets).Share daily production status with @Shivam / EA by 6 PM.Maintain accuracy of hashtag#BOM, routing, and cycle times.5. hashtag#CrossDepartment CoordinationLiaison with hashtag#QualityAssurance & hashtag#Dispatch for inspection and shipment readiness.Coordinate with hashtag#Purchase for outsourced jobs when required.Follow up with supervisors to ensure adherence to schedules.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)hashtag#OnTimeDelivery % (Orders delivered as per committed dates).hashtag#PlannedVsActual Adherence (per machine/supervisor).hashtag#WIPAccuracy % (data correctness in sheets/ERP).hashtag#MaterialAvailability % (jobs not delayed due to material).hashtag#EscalationEffectiveness (issues highlighted before they become delays).Candidate RequirementsGraduate/Diploma in hashtag#MechanicalEngineering / hashtag#ProductionEngineering.3–7 years’ experience in hashtag#PPC in hashtag#Fabrication / hashtag#Machining-heavy industries (preferably SMEs or hashtag#Cement / hashtag#Steel spare parts).Strong skills in hashtag#Excel / hashtag#GoogleSheets; hashtag#ERP experience is a plus.Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable spending time on the hashtag#ShopFloor.Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.Why Join Us?
