• Develop and prepare comprehensive planning forecasts based on historical sales data, current market trends, and business intelligence. Complete all scheduled planning activities strictly adhering to the established Planning Calendar deadlines.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing inventory levels, specifically focused on preventing stockouts and excess stock. Implement and utilize advanced inventory techniques, such as ABC Analysis, within the inventory planning process to prioritize items.
• Ensure high Planning Accuracy by rigorously comparing planning forecasts against actual results (sales and consumption).
• Monitor and maintain Minimum Stock Quantities (MSQ) and Reorder Points, ensuring timely follow-up actions are initiated to replenish stock. Conduct Plan vs. Actual Monitoring for key metrics and initiate follow-up actions to address all significant deviations.
• Monitor and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO) and Job Orders (JO) to ensure timely execution based on due dates.
• Validate scheme proposals and monitor their performance against intended objectives.
• Coordinate and monitor New Product Development (NPD) activities, ensuring seamless integration into the supply chain plan.
• Lead in the PPC meeting on a weekly basis, providing key planning updates and insights.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
