Job Description Key Aspects
•Daily Operations Support:
End users execute standard SAP transactions for production planning and quality
management on a daily basis.
• Data Entry and Verification:
Performing necessary data entries for production orders, goods receipts, goods
issues, and quality results.
• Master Data Maintenance:
Verifying and updating master data such as Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, and
work centers.
• Production Order Management:
Creating, changing, releasing, and confirming production orders for both discrete and
repetitive manufacturing.
• Quality Control:
Handling quality inspection lots, recording results, and managing quality notifications.
• Issue Resolution:
Troubleshooting user-reported problems within the PP/QM modules and providing
guidance to colleagues.
• Reporting:
Generating various reports to monitor production performance, inventory, and quality
metrics.
• Training:
Providing training and support to other users on SAP PP/QM functionalities and best
practices.
