Production Operator

A Production Operator operates and maintains manufacturing machinery to produce goods, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality products, and adherence to safety protocols. Key responsibilities include equipment setup, adjustment, monitoring, maintenance, and quality control, as well as troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to meet production targets and improve processes. • Equipment Operation: Set up, monitor, and operate machinery according to established procedures to ensure efficient production.
• Maintenance & Adjustments: Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and minor repairs to keep equipment in good working order and prevent downtime.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure a safe environment for themselves and others.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine malfunctions or operational issues to minimize production disruptions.
• Process Monitoring: Monitor the production process to maintain optimal productivity levels and meet production targets.
