1. Operate and Monitor Machinery
Start, run, and stop automatic fly ash brick machines as per standard operating procedures.
Monitor machine performance and ensure continuous and smooth operation.
2. Quality Control
Check the quality of raw materials (fly ash, cement, sand, etc.) before feeding.
Inspect finished bricks for defects like cracks, incorrect size, or poor compaction.
3. Routine Maintenance
Perform daily maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubricating, and tightening bolts.
Report mechanical issues or unusual noises immediately to the maintenance team.
4. Follow Safety Protocols
Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, helmet, safety shoes, etc.).
Ensure all safety guards and emergency stops are functional and not bypassed.
5. Record Keeping and Reporting
Maintain logs of production output, machine hours, and any faults or stoppages.
Communicate with supervisors regarding any process or equipment issues.
