Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Monitoring and ensure proper cleaning activity and status label in manufacturing and filling area.
Monitoring Temperature and RH% of manufacturing and filling area and ensure there should be no excursion in Filling area.
Set up and operate PFS / Vial filling and sealing operation.
Involve in dispensing and batch manufacturing activity.
Ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
Involvement in validation related activity.
Perform in-process checks and document results accurately.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, equipment logs, and quality control documents.
Regular reports on production output, efficiency, and quality metrics to supervisor.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
To ensure that all preventive maintenance activity to be done on time in case of any breakdown to resolve the issue on time for smooth production activity.
Responsible to work as directed by supervisor.
Ability to stand for extended periods and Ability to lift and move materials up to [specific weight, e.g., 25 kg].
