Operating and Maintaining Machinery: Production operators set up, operate, and maintain machinery and equipment used in production. Quality Control: They conduct regular quality checks on products, ensuring they meet specifications and standards. Troubleshooting: Production operators are responsible for identifying and resolving minor issues with machinery and equipment. Safety Compliance: They adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment. Record Keeping: Production operators document production data, maintain accurate records, and report any significant issues. Collaboration: They may work with team members to meet production goals, report issues to supervisors, and assist with training. Adaptability: Production operators may be involved in adapting to new production methods or specifications. Essential Skills: Technical Skills: Understanding of machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
