After Sales sample comments have been received and order is confirmed
Responsible for ordering and/or making sure raw materials are ordered and received in a timely manner
Essential for knowing the status of styles and POs currently in production. Must be monitored on a daily basis
Follow up with respective department managers to determine if the production schedule is being following
To maintain coordination, internal and external communication is an absolute must
Bills of Material & Trim List with the help of the respective designer. Prepare TNAs etc on Google Drive
Coordinate and provide any resources needed to facilitate continuous production. Advise on next steps based on directions received from Directors
By providing accurate shipment dates and shipment methods
Determine time taken to finish shipment from PO received to Shipment dispatched. Also determine when the shipment will reach the final destination
