Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and coordinating the dispatch and transportation of finished goods for both domestic and international shipments. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance paperwork. Prepare and manage customs documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations. Support communication with freight forwarders, transporters, and courier services for smooth shipment execution. Coordinate with clients logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely deliveries. Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure goods are packed and ready for shipment as per buyer requirements. Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams and customers regarding delivery status. Assist in optimizing logistics processes to reduce costs while maintaining efficiency and compliance. Ensure proper handling and packaging of goods to minimize damage during transit.
