जॉब डिस्क्रिप्शन – मास्टर कारीगर / मशीन मैन्युफैक्चरिंग एक्सपर्ट (HORECA इंडस्ट्री)पद का नाम: मास्टर कारीगर / मशीन मैन्युफैक्चरिंग एक्सपर्ट स्थान: द्वारका सेक्टर-15, नई दिल्ली कंपनी: Cloudology Kitchenlabs Pvt. Ltd. वेतन: अधिकतम ₹50,000 प्रति माह (इंटरव्यू और स्किल के अनुसार) काम की जिम्मेदारियाँ:15–20 साल के अनुभव के साथ कमर्शियल किचन इक्विपमेंट बनाना, इंस्टॉल करना और टेस्ट करना। टीम को हैंडल करना और काम को सही समय पर पूरा करवाना। मशीन के हर पार्ट की टर्निंग, फिटिंग, वेल्डिंग, ड्रिलिंग, फिनिशिंग और फैब्रिकेशन में महारत। ब्लूप्रिंट/ड्रॉइंग देखकर मशीन डिजाइन से लेकर तैयार मशीन तक पूरी प्रक्रिया संभालना। स्टेनलेस स्टील, आयरन और मेटल फैब्रिकेशन में विशेषज्ञता। वर्कशॉप में जूनियर कारीगरों को ट्रेनिंग देना और गाइड करना। ‘Made in India’ स्टैंडर्ड और HORECA इंडस्ट्री के क्वालिटी नॉर्म्स के अनुसार निर्माण करना। अनुभव और योग्यता:मैन्युफैक्चरिंग यूनिट में 15 से 20 साल का प्रैक्टिकल अनुभव। कमर्शियल किचन इक्विपमेंट (जैसे ओवन, तंदूर, फ्रायर, स्टोव, डिशवॉशर, बेकरी मशीन आदि) बनाने का अनुभव। फैब्रिकेशन, फिटिंग, और मशीन इंस्टॉलेशन में विशेषज्ञता। वर्कशॉप सुपरविज़न और टीम मैनेजमेंट स्किल। व्यक्तिगत गुण:ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार और भरोसेमंद। उच्च गुणवत्ता और समय पर डिलीवरी की आदत। लंबे समय तक स्थिर नौकरी करने की इच्छा। संपर्क करें: 📧 hr@chefsshop.co.in 📞 95992 86775 Job Description – Master Craftsman / Machine Manufacturing Expert (HORECA Industry)Position Title: Master Craftsman / Machine Manufacturing Expert Location: Dwarka Sector-15, New Delhi Company: Cloudology Kitchenlabs Pvt. Ltd. Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (based on interview & skills) Key Responsibilities:Manufacture, assemble, install, and test commercial kitchen equipment with 15–20 years of hands-on experience. Lead and manage a workshop team to ensure timely delivery. Highly skilled in fabrication, turning, fitting, welding, drilling, and finishing of machine parts. Read and work from blueprints/designs to deliver a complete machine. Specialize in stainless steel, iron, and metal fabrication. Train and guide junior craftsmen in the workshop. Ensure all products meet ‘Made in India’ standards and HORECA industry quality norms. Experience & Qualifications:15 to 20 years of practical manufacturing experience. Proven expertise in building commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, tandoors, fryers, stoves, dishwashers, bakery machines, etc.). Strong fabrication and machine installation skills.
