We are hiring 3 Production Managers for our premium jewelry manufacturing unit in Surat. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience in managing all stages of fine or lab-grown diamond jewelry production—CAD, casting, setting, polishing, QC, and dispatch. You will be responsible for daily workflow management, quality control, team supervision, and on-time delivery of bespoke and export-oriented orders. Strong leadership, process knowledge, and attention to detail are essential. Prior experience with custom jewelry workflows is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
