Production Manager/Factory Manager

You will be joining a reputed and fast-growing Garments Manufacturing Company in Saudi Arabia in one of the following key positions: Factory Manager, Production Manager, Pattern Master, Quality Controller, or Maintenance Engineer. These roles are crucial for the efficient functioning of factory operations and contributing to the continuous growth and commitment to excellence of the company. - **Factory Manager:** - Oversee the entire factory operations to meet production targets and maintain quality standards. - Manage large teams, optimize workflows, ensure workplace safety, and drive operational efficiency. - **Production Manager:** - Manage day-to-day production activities for timely delivery of products while maintaining quality and efficiency. - Schedule production, allocate resources, coordinate with other departments, and report on production performance. - **Pattern Master:** - Create accurate patterns based on design specifications and client requirements. - Utilize strong knowledge of pattern-making software and garment construction to work closely with design and sampling teams. - **Quality Controller:** - Monitor all production stages to ensure products meet required standards. - Conduct in-line and final inspections, identify defects, and implement corrective actions with a keen eye for detail. - **Maintenance Engineer:** - Maintain, repair, and ensure overall functionality of factory machinery and equipment. - Utilize experience with garment industry machines and preventive maintenance systems to reduce downtime and support uninterrupted production flow. Qualification Required: - Bachelors Degree in a relevant field such as Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Production. - Minimum of 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in the garments/textile manufacturing industry.
