Qualification in B Tech in Mechanical , with 10-12 years of experience in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) / Heavy Fabrication / Structural Fabrication. Ready to work at Plant in Sampla (HR). Job Role: Production Manager Roles and responsibilities: · Production Planning and Scheduling · Develop and manage production schedules · Plan plant layout and materials handling · Production Execution and Control · Supervise and manage production staff · Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed · Ensure adherence to quality standards · Implement and maintain quality control standards · Cost Management and Efficiency · Manage operational budgets · Coordinate with other departments: Work with procurement, engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth production processes. · Communicate with upper management: Provide regular updates on production status, issues, and progress. · Liaise with clients: Manage client expectations and ensure that projects meet their needs. · Select, order, and purchase materials: Ensure that the necessary materials are available for production. · Organize repair and routine maintenance of production equipment: Maintain equipment in good working order to prevent downtime.
