Roles Responsibilities Production planning and Customer schedule adherence Manpower and Material planning as per Production/Delivery plan Training and development of Shopfloor associates and Lead team members Material stock accounting for Shopfloor Systematic Analysis of internal rejection Customer complaints using Q-tools First Pass Yield improvement Analysis of rejection problem solving Productivity and OEE improvement projects 5S Collaboration with cross functional team (Maintenance, Quality, Logistics etc) to drive Qualitative production Safe launch of New projects Complete responsibility of Shopfloor management cycle and documentation
