Organization System ●Handling of customer complaints counter measure implementation & validation at concerned stages. ● Responsible for customer audit, internal audit, process & product audit dock audit. ●Documents Preparation for audit of production system for IATF 16949:2016, ● Training program arrange for upgradation to supervisor, inspector & workers on shop floor. ● Preparing and maintaining In-house rejection data, monitoring of counter measure implementation for in house rejection. ●Monitoring of Red bin analysis and effectiveness. ● Responsible to arrange rejection meeting with CFT. ●Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products. ●Work with customers, employees, contractors, and out sourcing firms to meet product requirements. ●Monthly Production objective trend chart to meet Organization KRA. Awareness About 5S, KAIZEN, 3M,3R Airbag Assembly (Driver & Passenger Airbag) • Rubber Molding & Extrusion Assembly Process Production Planning & Control Line balancing. Takt time. Problem solving tool. Productivity.
