Production Manager

About Job role - Were seeking a skilled Production Manager with expertise in Ayurvedic tablet and capsule manufacturing, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficient operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire production process for Ayurvedic medicines, including tablets and capsules, ensuring adherence to established manufacturing practices and safety protocols.Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory standards specific to Ayurvedic manufacturing.Coordinate with raw material suppliers and oversee the quality control of incoming materials to ensure consistency and quality.Implement and monitor production schedules, adjust processes as needed to meet demand without compromising quality.Maintain records of production data, including batch records, inventory management, and quality control results.Continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues promptly to avoid delays.Work closely with the quality assurance team to perform regular audits and ensure product quality meets or exceeds industry standards.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within Ayurvedic medicine manufacturing, specifically with tablets, capsules, and other related products.Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations, production techniques, and regulations.In-depth understanding of GMP, ISO, and other quality assurance standards.Familiarity with inventory and supply chain management.A degree or diploma in Ayurvedic medicine, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field is highly preferred.Prior experience with Ayurvedic or product manufacturing equipment is a plus.
