Industry: Pigment / Chemical / Specialty Material Manufacturing

Experience: 7–10 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical) or M.Sc. Chemistry

    Salary: As per experience

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end pigment production: input handling, filtration, drying, thermal treatment, milling & packaging

Achieve daily/monthly production targets & ensure consistent quality

Manage shift operations, manpower planning & inter-department coordination

Drive yield optimization, address process bottlenecks & ensure improvements

Coordinate with QA/QC to manage product deviations & implement corrective actions

Maintain accurate production records, batch logs & downtime data

Plan raw material & consumable requirements

Enforce SOPs, preventive maintenance & equipment care

Maintain hygiene, ensure safety compliance & zero leakage operations

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in pigment, dyes, or specialty chemical production units.
