Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for PEB projects
Manage end-to-end fabrication of PEB components including structural steel, roofing, cladding, and accessories
Ensure production output meets quality standards, drawings, and project timelines
Coordinate closely with design, procurement, QA/QC, and project execution teams
Control material usage, inventory levels, and machine utilization to minimize wastage and cost
Lead and manage shop floor manpower, supervisors, and operators
Implement and monitor safety practices and SOPs across the production unit
Track production KPIs related to productivity, quality, safety, and delivery commitments
