Production Manager - Light Poles

As a Production person, your role involves overseeing the daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient, safe, and timely production of products within quality standards. You will be required to demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage teams, optimize workflows, and coordinate with other departments to meet business goals effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and control production activities to achieve output, quality, and cost targets. - Lead, supervise, and develop production staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations. - Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet customer demand. - Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a production management role. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. - Excellent organizational and communication abilities. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
