Key Responsebilities:

Production Management

• Managing overall operations involved in production planning including coordination on manpower management and supplies. Ensuring effective utilisation of resources like men and machine to achieve production targets as per standard operation practices.
• Overseeing production of various Products, implementing plans with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the cost parameters.
• Preparing of monthly production plan & production report cycle reduction & yield improvement.
• Experience in Assisting in preparing SOPs, checklists, manuals & work instructions for operations for the unit and maintaining reports for facilitating decision making by the management
• ISO: 9001/14001/45001 documentation & implementation.

Quality / Process Improvement

• Maintaining quality systems; identifying critical parameters & processes that are hazardous in nature and undertaking steps for curtailing plant upsets, fluctuations, emergencies & associated risks.
• Implementing various process modifications in different processes for yield improvement, quality improvement, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and maintaining all related documents.
• Identifying areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system.
• Practicing quality standards with key emphasis on improving quality.

Team Management

• Training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations.
• Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.

Safety, Health & Environment Management

• Ensuring safe work environments by identifying hazards associated with activities and implementing necessary safety measures, Coordinating with R&D for process change/substituting less hazardous RM/Safe system, maintaining good housekeeping.
• Investigations of all incidents/accidents/near misses/abnormalities & implementation of proposed corrective & preventive actions.
• Carry out Work permit, Process system audit, JSA & its review.
• Reducing effluent load, water consumption  by the way of Reduce, Recovery & Recycle.
• Compliance of Legal and statutory requirements.
