Production Manager / Executive

As a Production Head/Manager at this company located in Bhiwandi, your role involves overseeing the production process and ensuring optimal productivity and quality. Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare production plan in coordination with Sales and design team - Coordinate with Purchase team for raw material scheduling - Prepare process flow, work instructions, and provide project progress updates - Manage project deliverables and review drawings and specifications - Ensure production targets are met within budget constraints - Maintain consistent quality of manufactured installations - Address technical issues and propose solutions - Analyze rejections, rework, and customer feedback to prevent recurrence - Measure and improve cycle time for enhanced production - Develop a maintenance plan for the shop floor - Identify machinery requirements for increased productivity and present proposals to Management - Train production team on quality systems, design drawings, and quality check points - Maintain shop floor discipline and housekeeping - Motivate and develop teamwork among the production team - Generate performance reports and provide feedback for team improvement Qualifications required: - 5-15 years of experience in Furniture Manufacturing - Skills in Production Planning, Quality Control, Team Leadership, Cost Optimization, Process Improvement, Vendor Management, Furniture, AutoCAD If you are looking for a challenging opportunity in production management, kindly share your resume with Hr Varsha at 8657005459.,
