Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and manage day-to-day production activities for electrical control panels (LT panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, VFD panels, etc.)
Supervise and lead a team of electricians, technicians, and assembly workers to ensure timely and efficient production.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure alignment of BOMs, materials, and drawings.
Monitor production timelines, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for on-time delivery.
Ensure adherence to electrical standards (e.g., IS/IEC) and safety regulations.
Review and interpret electrical diagrams, control circuit layouts, and wiring schedules.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the stores team for timely material availability.
Oversee panel testing (FAT) and ensure panels are built to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
Prepare and maintain production reports, manpower planning, and other MIS as required.
