Well Versed with Press Shop production (Power Presses, hydraulic presses, press brakes) Knowledge of Tooling requirements – punches, dies for stamping/blanking/progressive operations. Knowledge of Press brake forming dies and punches. Programming of Press Brakes Daily Production Report – recording and presentation. Daily manpower management – manpower planning, shiftwise/weekly To look after powder coating line, packing line, spot welding, MID welding, Roll forming line Productivity Improvement/Cycle Time Improvement To ensure minimum downtime in every cell @ Packing line, Powder coating, Press Shop. To improve first time right production in every cell. Raw material yield monitoring with respect to unit targets. TO implement/execute TPM culture in unit and to ensure minimum downtime @ work centres. TO maintain hygiene, cleanliness, 5S culture on shop floor Strict adherence to OTD/Shipment dates Tracking of capacity utilization every month. Work centre efficiency improvement.
