Production Manager Beverage Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to meet targets and timelines
• Manage production staff, including supervisors and operators; ensure effective shift planning
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI), GMP, and internal quality protocols
• Monitor production performance, yields, wastage, and downtime; implement improvements
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations
• Maintain production records, batch sheets, and MIS reports
• Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Implement cost-control measures and continuous process improvements
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and discipline on the shop floor

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
• Prior beverage manufacturing experience is mandatory
