Job Description

Were Hiring: Production Manager – Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)

Location:

About the Role

Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for PEB components.
Supervise fabrication, CNC cutting, welding (SAW, SMAW, MIG), blasting, and painting operations.
Ensure strict adherence to quality codes (IS, AISC, ASTM, etc.) and workplace safety standards.
Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to achieve maximum productivity.
Lead, mentor, and train production teams; drive lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
Collaborate with design, procurement, logistics, and erection teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
8–15 years of proven experience in PEB or structural steel fabrication industry.
Strong knowledge of CNC lines, welding processes, blasting, and painting units.
Proficiency in ERP and project management tools (MS Project/Primavera).
Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
