Production Manager

You are an experienced Production Manager who will lead a workshop in Agra, managing a team of 40+ artisans and tailors. Your main responsibilities include implementing a strict quality control system, ensuring timely production of export orders meeting high international standards, and overseeing all production schedules to meet client deadlines. You will also lead, train, and manage the daily activities of the production team, aiming to improve workshop efficiency, increase output, and reduce material waste. Regular updates on production status to company leadership are essential. To excel in this role, you must have 3-5+ years of experience as a Production Manager in garment or fashion accessories manufacturing. Proven expertise in creating and managing quality control systems, strong leadership skills in managing production teams, good technical knowledge of garment construction and handcrafted techniques, fluency in Hindi, and preferably proficiency in English are required. You should be based in Agra or willing to relocate. The compensation for this position includes a starting salary of 24,000 - 28,000 per month with performance-based growth opportunities. You will undergo a structured performance review after the first 5 months, and there is a clear path to salary increase based on achieving targets related to improving quality control, production efficiency, and on-time delivery.
