Production Incharge (Solar Industry)

You are a highly experienced and motivated Production Incharge responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations in a light engineering manufacturing unit, preferably with exposure to the solar industry. Your role involves ensuring timely and quality output by overseeing the complete production process, managing production schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment. You will also implement lean manufacturing practices, coordinate with other teams, maintain safety standards, train and supervise staff, troubleshoot production issues, and prepare production reports for management. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the complete production process to ensure timely and quality output. - Monitor and manage production schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment. - Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices for improved efficiency. - Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations. - Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental policies. - Train and supervise production staff, evaluate performance, and provide guidance. - Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly. - Maintain records and prepare regular production reports for management. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in any engineering stream. - Experience: 8 to 10 years in production, preferably in light engineering or solar manufacturing. - Proven experience in managing teams and production lines. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Good understanding of production planning and control. - Ability to work under high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
