Production incharge for Steel furniture fabrication unit

We are a fabrication cum Design Studio in Gurgaon seeking a Production Manager to oversee our steel fabrication unit.

The candidate should be a mechanical engineer / architect / product designer / engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise metal and wood fabrication processes, including Stainless Steel, Mild Steel (MS), Aluminum, Brass, and Copper. Special Emphasis in Stainless Steel.
• Ensure quality control in welding, polishing, lathe operations, fitting, and other fabrication techniques.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize product designs.
• Oversee material procurement and outsourcing while maintaining quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in fabrication and production supervision.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and techniques.
• Should know how to manage team and derive work
• Should knowrelevant computer and drawing softwares
• Should have own vehicle
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Should have diploma / degree
