Production Helper

You will be working as a Production Helper in the tyre production area, supporting daily manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting machine operators in tyre building, curing, mixing, and related production processes. - Loading and unloading raw materials like rubber, chemicals, beads, and fabric into machines. - Moving semi-finished and finished tyres to designated areas using material handling tools. - Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the production area. - Performing basic manual tasks such as cutting, weighing, and stacking materials. - Ensuring proper labeling and identification of materials. - Supporting in routine checks of machines under the supervision of operators/technicians. - Reporting any abnormalities, defects, or safety issues to supervisors immediately. - Following shift schedules, production targets, and quality guidelines strictly. - Complying with all company safety rules, PPE usage, and 5S housekeeping standards. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum qualification: 10th pass - Basic understanding of manufacturing or assembly line work (preferred). - Physically fit to lift materials and stand for long hours. - Ability to work in rotating shifts (day/night). - Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn. - Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. The company offers a monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 17750, along with shift allowance, canteen facility, and insurance coverage up to 2 Lakhs.
