Production Head

Responsible for managing and optimizing the entire production process of the client's plant according to the highest quality standards of the luxury fashion sector. He / She will coordinate operational, logistical and production activities, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, quality and compliance with the brand's values.

Production Management

• Planning, coordination and supervision of the entire production cycle (cutting, packaging, ironing, quality control).
• Ensuring compliance with production timelines, quality standards and expected quantities.
• Collaborating with the style and product department to ensure correct manufacturing of garments.
• Leadership and personnel management:
• Coordination of department teams, line managers and workers
• Defining resource needs
• Promoting a corporate culture oriented towards quality, efficiency and respectful of the values of luxury.

Quality and control

• Ensuring excellence of the finished product through continuous quality monitoring at every stage of production.
• Collaborating with the quality department for the management of non-conformities and implementation of corrective actions.

Cost Management:

• Monitoring and optimizing production costs, reducing waste and inefficiencies.
• Analyzing production KPIs and proposing improvements in terms of productivity, lead time, efficiency.
• Health, safety and sustainability:
• Ensuring compliance with regulations on safety at work and environmental sustainability.

Experience:

• Experience in the management of production plants in the fashion/luxury sector, preferably women's clothing.
• Experience in the management of vertical settings or in semi-artisanal production environments with attention to detail.

Technical skills:

• Excellent knowledge of the production cycle of high-end clothing.
• Knowledge of fabrics/materials
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and total quality.
