Job Description:
We are looking for a self-motivated and confident individual with a background in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for learning the operation of all machines, understanding production processes and systems, and implementing correct standards to ensure consistent productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and operate all production machines.
• Understand and follow all manufacturing processes and systems.
• Implement and maintain production and quality standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and eliminate production issues.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth workflow and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lead by example on the production floor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
