Role Overview: You will be responsible for learning the operation of all production machines, understanding production processes and systems, and implementing correct standards to ensure consistent productivity and quality in a growing team at Technova Tapes India Pvt. Ltd. Key Responsibilities: - Learn and operate all production machines. - Understand and follow all manufacturing processes and systems. - Implement and maintain production and quality standards. - Identify, troubleshoot, and eliminate production issues. - Work closely with the team to ensure smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
