Production Executive/Manager

As a Production Manager/Executive in the advertising/event industry, your role will involve overseeing event production activities from planning to execution. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing event production activities from planning to execution. - Coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. - Supervising event setups, dismantling, and logistics to ensure quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for liaising with suppliers and vendors for materials, equipment, and services required for events. This will involve negotiating costs and ensuring timely delivery of requirements. Additionally, you will organize and manage event inventory, including props, furniture, and technical equipment. You will plan and execute logistics for smooth transportation and on-site management. Your role will require you to conduct pre-event site inspections to verify layouts and readiness. You will monitor on-ground production to ensure adherence to the agreed design and quality standards. It will be essential for you to track production expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets. Identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating closely with designers, planners, and other stakeholders to translate concepts into executable plans will be crucial. You will also assist in managing labor teams during events. In case of any on-site issues during production, you will need to address and resolve them quickly to ensure smooth operations. It is important to note that this role may require you to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays whenever applicable. The ability to manage physically demanding tasks will also be necessary. The salary offered for this position is Rs.7,00,000/- PA.
