Job Description

Job Title: Production Executive

Location: Ambala, HaryanaI

ndustry: Frozen Food ProcessingJ

Job Profile:

Oversee daily production operations of frozen food products like french fries, burger patties, momos, etc.
Monitor and ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and hygiene protocols.
Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain production records, raw material usage, and batch tracking.
Ensure compliance with food safety norms (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.).
Supervise and guide production line staff for optimal performance.
Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
Assist in new product trials and scale-up activities.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Technology/Engineering or related field.
1–3 years of experience in a frozen food manufacturing unit preferred.
Strong understanding of food safety standards and production machinery.
Good team management and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,252.00 - ₹47,898.33 per month
