Production Executive

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities in the textile chemical industry, ensuring target achievement with optimal resource utilization. You will coordinate with R&D and QA/QC teams to implement new formulations and maintain batch consistency. Monitoring process parameters, troubleshooting operational issues, and maintaining production log sheets will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will supervise a team of operators to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Conducting root cause analysis for production deviations and implementing corrective actions will be crucial. Collaboration with supply chain and stores departments for raw material and finished goods management is also expected. Your skills and competencies should include proficiency in production planning and execution, batch processing, recipe optimization, textile chemical formulations (such as pretreatment, dyeing, finishing agents), SOP development and implementation, quality assurance, lab testing coordination, and inventory and raw material management. If you have at least 5 years of experience in production operations, hold a full-time M.Sc. in Chemistry or Textile Chemistry, and are open to traveling or relocating to Wada (Palghar), we encourage you to apply for this full-time position.
