Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the production of reagents used in in vitro diagnostic (IVD) tests.Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance teams to optimize production processes.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Skills Required:
Strong background in biochemistry or chemistry.2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the IVD or related industry.Knowledge of manufacturing processes for diagnostic reagents.Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Requirements:
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.Experience with production planning and scheduling is a plus.
