• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Management/Tech/Food Tech/ Commerce (full-time only) [sales/marketing qualification preferred]
  
• FMCG warehouse management or production management experience preferred
  
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficiency in inventory management and tools
  
• Willingness and capacity to learn and grow in a young organization
  
• Ability to lead teams and ensure operational efficiency.
  
• Excellent communication skills and vendor negotiation abilities.
  
• High energy levels and physical fitness to excel at both indoor and outdoor workplaces
  

Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Procurement
  

oReceive and process orders from various sales channels.

oSelect and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials and packaging.

oTrack and manage purchase orders, vendor payments, and material availability.

• Warehouse & Inventory Management
  

oSupervise goods receipt, quality checks, and storage.

oEnsure stock levels are accurate in the system through regular audits.

oMaintain organization and safety within the warehouse.

• Production & Quality Assurance
  

oPlan and execute production schedules efficiently.

oOversee job work coordination with external partners.

oEnsure compliance with product quality standards at every stage.

• Dispatch & Logistics Management
  

oEnsure accurate order picking, packaging, and timely dispatch.

oCoordinate with transporters for delivery scheduling and documentation (invoices, e-way bills, road permits).

oTrack deliveries and update the sales team on order status.

• Maintenance & Compliance
  

oPlan and oversee preventive maintenance of machinery.

oMaintain safety standards and perform regular inspections.

oEnsure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
