Production Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities, including operating machines, monitoring processes, and assisting in the manufacturing, packing, and quality checks of corrugated boxes.

• Maintain careful documentation and records for daily production tasks as per company protocols and quality standards.

• Adhere to production schedules, complete assigned targets, and report timely completion to the Production Manager or Supervisor.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with industry and company safety practices.

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and 5S practices in the work area.

• Participate in root cause analysis for process or quality issues and suggest improvements.

• Support preventive maintenance by reporting machine problems and ensuring proper care of equipment.

• Coordinate effectively with other departments such as stores, maintenance, and quality assurance for smooth workflow.

• Receive on-the-job training from experienced staff, participating actively in skill development sessions.

• Uphold values of teamwork, discipline, and a positive work environment.

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to environmental safety in line with the companys sustainability priorities
