Production Executive

1. Production Planning & Execution

Assist in preparing daily and weekly production plans based on sales and dispatch schedules.

Allocate work to technicians and fabricators ensuring optimum utilization of manpower and machines.

Ensure smooth flow of materials from stores to the shop floor.

2. Quality Control & Compliance

Monitor product quality at every stage of manufacturing as per cleanroom & laboratory standards.

Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and industry-specific cleanroom regulations.

Report and resolve production defects or deviations immediately.

3. Coordination & Communication

Liaise with the design team for production drawings and technical clarifications.

Coordinate with purchase and stores for timely availability of raw materials and components.

Communicate progress and issues to the Production Manager.

4. Process Improvement

Identify bottlenecks in production and suggest process improvements.

Ensure adherence to Lean Manufacturing & 5S workplace practices.

5. Workplace Safety

Enforce health and safety regulations on the shop floor.

Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.

Key Skills Required

Strong understanding of fabrication, assembly, and finishing processes for cleanroom equipment and lab furniture.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Good knowledge of production planning and process optimization.

Hands-on experience with stainless steel fabrication, powder coating, and modular furniture assembly.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Qualifications

Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related field.

2–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience in cleanroom & laboratory furniture industry.

Reporting To: Production Manager / Plant Head

Salary Range: As per industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
